Do you believe in miracles?

I got another message today on one of my videos on my Heart ❤️.

Some of you who are new to my world don’t know that basically I was supposed to die in 2008-9. I had a dilated heart that was barely functioning and having heart attacks for months without realizing what was happening!! I dumb down the explanation because it was such an incredible and life-altering time that I can barely write about it without crying! Anyways I told very few people but one of the people who helped me at that time was Jay D Davis who has been a great supporter of my current journey.

You see, every single breath I take since that time is a miracle. That’s why I’m doing this trip! That’s why I left my life in Mexico and am traveling to places I’ve only dreamed of seeing… And that’s also why I have no set destination. Every day is a gift.

That’s also why I choose happiness over sadness no matter what goes on around me. I choose LOVE as my highest value, and love my life so intensely—-every single moment is a miracle. Yes, I wrote the story and from the comments I receive I know it has helped thousands. Maybe you, or someone you know needs to hear my story and know in your heart ❤️ to never, ever give up!!!

Yes, I believe in miracles because I am one.

Here’s my story. If you’re reading this, maybe you or someone near to you needs to hear my story. LOVE the Beat Goes On You can read it for free on Kindle Unlimited on Amazon.

Help us to awaken Love

by Paulo Coehlo, reprinted from his blog

Just as there are many paths to the top of a mountain, so there are many paths to achieving our goal. Help us to recognize the only one that is worth following, the one on which Love is to be found.

Help us to awaken the Love sleeping within us before we awaken love in other people. Only then will we be able to attract affection, enthusiasm, and respect.

Help us to distinguish between battles that are ours, battles into which we are propelled against our will and battles that we cannot avoid because Fate has placed them in our path.

May our eyes open so that we can see that no two days are ever the same. Each one brings with it a different miracle, which allows us to go on breathing, dreaming and walking in the sun.

May our ears also open to hearing the opposite words that suddenly emerge from the mouth of one of our fellows, even though we haven’t asked for his advice and he has no idea what is going on in our soul at that moment.

And when we open our mouth, may we speak not just the language of men, but the language of angels too and say: ‘Miracles do not go against the laws of nature; we only think that because we do not know nature’s laws.’

And when we achieve this, may we bow our head in respect, saying: ‘I was blind, but now I can see. I was dumb, but now I can speak. I was deaf, but now I can hear. Because God worked his miracle within me, and everything I thought was lost has been restored.’

“Lynda’s book is inspiring and a reminder that miracles do you happen, you just have to believe in them! A quote I really enjoyed from Lynda’s book was “Release. Breathe. Let it all go. Get rid of the weight, pain and hurts holding you back.” So true! Never stop believing. Thank you, Lynda, for sharing your story.” Ctina

Warriors of the Light: A Manual

Thank you, Paulo Coelho

Warriors of light always keep a certain gleam in their eyes.

They are of this world, they are part of the lives of other people and they set out on their journey with no saddlebags and no sandals.

They are often cowardly.
They do not always make the right decisions.

They suffer over the most trivial things, they have mean thoughts and sometimes believe they are incapable of growing.

They frequently deem themselves unworthy of any blessing or miracle.

They are not always quite sure what they are doing here.

They spend many sleepless nights, believing that their lives have no meaning.

That is why they are warriors of light.
Because they make mistakes.
Because they ask themselves questions.

Because they are looking for a reason – and are sure to find it.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

If you’re looking for the habits and beliefs that led to “Healing from incurable” I would love to hear what you have to say about my memoir LOVE The Beat Goes On

“Meet me at the door naked.”

I have the power to chooseI choose LOVE

I’m not the first person to be told I’m dying, or to get my affairs in order, or at most I have six months to live. But there’s something about my story that is resonating with readers. And one person tells another, and another, and buys a book for a friend or a family member. And that’s how it starts.

Birthing this book has been super emotional. How do I write a story that isn’t too personal or what should be kept private? What’s the difference between telling the truth, and telling my truthHow can I be true to myself and the reader without divulging potentially dangerous confidences?

So I waited to write this story. But I realized the time might never be right. I mean, if I waited to be sure that my healing “took” then I’d have to wait until…I never died? I know that’s just too weird. How do you measure a successful healing? When do you determine a safe time to say: I’ve been healed long enough to make the claim that I’m healed and therefore I can/will/should write my story now?

I started this blog, or rambling journal entry, because I think I know why so many can relate to my story. I’m so open, so raw. You can ask me anything and I will answer. I put it all out there, and suggest that you pick out the parts that you think will help you on your journey,  and throw away the rest.

Most of all I remind you that it’s all about LOVE. I have the power to choose. I choose LOVE.

It makes my heart sing to know that you can relate and that I have helped you or someone you love, in some small way.

What I really want to say is thank you.

Fear…

Life is supposed to hit you with one thing at a time.

So, take your pick Life: what’s it going to be?

I know you never promised me a rose garden.

And a white picket fence has been off the table for years.

And I know it’s normal to feel sad for what-could-have-been and what-should-be.

And I know we can’t change others, only ourselves.

And if you love someone you have to let him die alone if that’s what he chooses.

And you can only count on yourself—I wrote a book on that.

And life isn’t always fair.

I never realized that achieving your dreams could mean your heart breaks along the way.

I always believed in the goodness of men and women.

I also know that happiness is an inside job; and that we have to love ourselves first before anyone else can love us.

I do believe in Shamans and miracles—but my totem animals seem to have deserted me.

But my time is running out on this particular journey. And I’m wondering if You have forsaken me.

Or have I forsaken myself…

What is the worst yet also the best day of your life?

I flew to Phoenix with plans to drive to Sedona, Arizona. It was 2008 and the doctors had told me I was not responding to medication for a serious heart condition and had told me to “get my affairs in order.” They basically said I had six months to live.

I was trying to relax by the swimming pool, tired and worried, when I started seeing double! I drove my self to a hospital and ended up being yelled at by a cardiologist for traveling while being so seriously ill. After 4 days of hospitalization—they had no idea why I was seeing double—I drove to Sedona. I’d rather die trying to save my life than sitting around waiting to die!

The next morning was both the worst and best day of my life.

I was traumatized by the 2-hour drive in the dark from Phoenix to Sedona. I was sure my heart was going to give up on me. But I had made it.

I proceeded to go for coffee, have a muffin and hope for the best. I had no idea why I came to Sedona only something inside of me said: find a healer, he will know what to do.

Four hours later, on the worst and most frightening day of my life, I walked down from Airport Vortex in Sedona with a Shaman I’d met that morning, and I knew my heart was healed.

LOVE The Beat Goes On Yes. I wrote my story this year.
